Born and raised in New Jersey, Chad’s real estate career began because of one simple goal, to buy his mother a home. After moving to Brooklyn in 2006, Chad studied computer information systems at New York City Tech. Following school, he was IT professional for Standard Chartered Bank and progressed to become a security analyst for CBS. While these are positions that most people would kill for, they did not serve his personal vision for himself. So he did what most 20 something year old do living in NYC…. he became a bartender.

The hospitality industry is a far-cry from the world of finance and technology but it gave Chad his first opportunity to manage a business. All the classic terms like team building, organization, problem solving, leadership, marketing….etc were attributes that were acquired in real time. Then Chad started to ask himself “What next?”

The answer lied in a conversation with a broker who quite frankly said ” If you want to buy your mother a house, why don’t you become a real estate agent?” Simple right? Within a year he became licensed and took advantage of another opportunity to start a property management company, Sir Ellis Holdings LLC.

Chad believes that real estate gives people the best chance to shape the narrative of their lives and future generations. By helping others to fulfill their goals in real estate, it brings him one step closer to that house for mom. He’s thrilled to now be with Brooklyn Properties. A company filled with many experienced, generous agents.
