For 25 years Ray has been a small business owner and professional jazz guitarist, performing internationally while managing many prominent musicians, music festivals, as well as national environmental campaigns.

Currently, he applies this creative business acumen and experience to real estate; following in the footsteps of his family of real estate agents, developers, contractors, and attorneys. Ray holds himself to the highest standards of ethics, honesty, and clear communications; in order to provide everyone the best and broadest range of professional services available.

Ray is a passionate member and supporter of the NYC arts community. He continues to perform and consult artists on a variety of career decisions, and now, housing options. Ray brings that extensive knowledge of local communities to his clients so they may be better informed buyers, sellers, or renters.
