Alison Buehler has been working in real estate since 1997. Her career began at Baird & Warner in Chicago. When she moved to NY she immediately knew that her experience would contribute here, and she joined Brooklyn Properties.  She has worked with multiple developers, buyers and home owners in their real estate transitions and investments.  Alison believes that a hands on and personal approach to every real estate transaction makes the whole experience better for her clients. She is accessible, warm, understanding and efficient. She does not rest until her clients have what they need. She is aggressive in her marketing efforts and forthright in her communications.

She is especially proud of her regular success with selling listings at their maximum value. Her latest listing received 17 offers, sold at 18% over asking price, and surpassed the comparable sales prices in the area. Before that, she sold a listing that broke the price per square foot record in just a couple of weeks. She has serviced clients in Ditmas, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill. Wild about Brooklyn herself, she knows how to sell it. Additionally, her art background gives her a unique perspective on how to make living spaces serene and inviting.

Alison has her B.A. in Art and Psychology, and is also a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA).  She is fascinated by dog behavior and lives with her greyhound rescue, Bella. Her other interests include diving, drawing, yoga and meditation. Her goal is to become the go-to person in all real estate and dog behavior needs for Brooklyn residents.
